If you want to be successful with any type of business you need auotomated marketing systems in place. This will encurse that you can spend more time focusing on generating revenue and less about manual tasks. Here are your choices: Either you hire several employees to do remdial tasks such as sending emails to hundreds of people and segmenting audiences. The other option is to have automated marketing in place where everything runs on their own. Segmentation is almost instantaneous and does not require any thought on your part because paremeters are put in place. If x customer does this, then that customer will be put in the y list. This way you can continue upselling your clients with targeted messaging and different offers. There is a huge difference between a lead and a client. Once a lead becomes a client you have to earn their trust, deliver exceptional results, and rinse and repeat. You can't think of clients as one off clients. Example: Many people think once a client buys a product their goal was achieved. This is the completely wrong way to think. Once a customer purchases something from you, their life time value needs to be considered.
